The Lodge Executive Committee is composed of six
elected Lodge Officers, the Lodge Committee Chairmen and advisers
appointed by the Lodge Chief, the immediate past Lodge Chief, the four
elected officers of each Chapter, the Adviser of each Chapter, the
Lodge Lay Adviser, and the Scout Executive or his designee, the Staff
Adviser.The Lodge Executive Committee holds
at least four meetings a year. The legislative power of the lodge is
vested in the Executive Committee. The Voting power is vested in the
following: Lodge 1st Vice-Chief, Lodge Second Vice-Chief, Lodge
Recording Secretary, Lodge Corresponding Secretary, Lodge Treasurer,
and Chapter officers. The Lodge Chief will vote only in the case of a
tie vote.
