Fall Reunion

Brothers,

This upcoming weekend is our Fall Reunion. If your troop has any candidates who still need to complete the pre-ordeal, they need to be at Boone Trails HQ by 7:30 Friday night. They must be on time. Also if you have a ceremony team please make sure you are practicing and ready to go. We have to make sure these ceremonies are in top shape for our candidates. Keep up the good work, and I will see you there.

August Meeting

Brothers,

Our August meeting is approaching. It will be at 7:00 p.m. on August 12th. It will be held at O'Fallon Christian Church. We will be discussing upcoming events and the Fall Reunion. We will also start nomonating people for next years Chapter Officers. It will be over by 8:30. See you there!

May Meeting

Brothers,

The May Meeting will take place on Thursday, May 13th. It will be at O'Fallon Christian Church at 9380 Veterans Memorial Parkway. It will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. We will be doing a service project for the church. We will be de-weeding and mulching the area surrounding the parking lot. Please bring rakes, shovels, loppers, wheel barrows, gloves and water. Also, please just wear class B uniforms to the meeting. The meeting will follow the project. The project will BEGIN at 6:30. Spring Conclave

Brothers,

Please pay attention to your mail. You should have received your Lookout by now. Please be sure to mail in your envelopes and register for the Conclave. If you are Ordeal and will be eligible for the Brotherhood honor this spring, please take the next step and seal your membership in the order. Also, if you are a ceremonialist and plan on performing in the spring, please make sure your team will be ready. Practice, practice, practice. Our Chapter has a good reputation for our outstanding ceremonies, so lets keep it up. See you in the spring!

Chapter Banquet

Brothers,

The Chapter Banquet is approaching us. It will be held on Saturday, February 13th 2010 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. It will be at the O'Fallon Christian Church at 9380 Veterans Memorial Parkway. It will be full of great food, great fun, and great fellowship. The price will be $9 per person at the door. If you are attending please let your Troop Rep know. We will be contacting the Troop Reps to get a count of how many people are attending. This November we had a great turn out at the Chapter Meeting and i hope we can a great turn out at the Banquet as well. See everybody there!

UPCOMING EVENTS

Thanks to all the Brothers who attended the November Chapter Meeting. We had a good turn out and got a lot of information given out. Please watch your mail for the lookout. It has a lot of information in it concerning upcoming events. Please sign up for the December 21st Winter Fellowship Banquet. The Lodge is doing a Toys for Tots collection at the Banquet, so please read up on it. Keep an eye out for upcoming events in the lookout and on this page.
