The Shawnee Lodge Officers are proud to present the first ever S bar F Service Day. The event will take place on Saturday, June 7, 2008 with check-in/registration beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Rand Building. Project orientations will begin at 9:30 a.m. and work will actually begin at 10:00 a.m. Lunch and dinner will be provided. Camping will be available in the northern end of the camporee field. Any troop that wishes to camp either one night or both nights needs to indicate it on their pre-registration.

This event will be a very unique opportunity for both the participants and the 2008 Camp Staff. Scouts and adults will be able to help set-up camp and do meaningful service projects that will benefit Camp Gamble and Famous Eagle for the entire summer. Projects will include work in the program areas, trail reconstruction, campsite work, and more.
